My Lucky Blessings by Marivic

Oh hello! I know it's been awhile! I'm happy to share my projects this month for Cathi's Challenge.
Not much of a green lover but this color is so perfect for a LO/Card/Tag for either a boy or a girl.

And I appreciate all of our DT members projects this month. They were just amazing! You all did a good job! Thank you ladies and thank you to all of you that join our challenge every month.

Thanks to our sponsors generosity and everything they do for us...BIG THANK YOU!!

Here is my take on "green" and "luck"....

I'm always grateful for my family...My oldest son Kevin, serving his country as a Navy Sailor aboard the USS Carl Vinson Aircraft Carrier.
My 2 other kids...Alyssa and Joshie...Such good and polite children and always putting a smile on my face.

Lastly, my husband, such an amazing man...So patient, understanding!

I am lucky to have this family but mostly I am blessed that they are in my life and I am thankful every single day!

This is a Big tag I made with mostly green.

You still have 1 day to join our challenge...Better hurry!

When Beth began hunting wallpaper for the bandboxes she was creating in 1990 it started a life of antiquing adventures and a passion for old paper. In 1993 Beth’s wallpaper covered boxes we featured in Victoria magazine and Beth’s sister Marilyn Krehbiel joined her in the pursuit. Marilyn’s business Hannah’s Treasures evolved into purveying historic wallpapers for movie sets. Beth peddled her boxes to the coast of California and settled in the west. In 1997 Beth married Peter Neumann, son of a letterpress printer, who shared Beth’s appreciation for the old paper arts. In 2011 Peter and Beth began Something Tattered in response to Beth’s newest pursuit, Wedding Paper designs from her vast collection of antique paper. In 2013 Something Tattered launched the current line of craft stamps and in 2014 the new antique wallpaper stamps were added bringing the adventure full circle. We hope you will share the passion.

Something Tattered Guest Designers

We are thrilled to have three talented Guest Designers from the Something Tattered Design Team here with us today. Enjoy this triple dose of inspiration!

Hello hello! It's Teresa Abajo here, and I'm delighted to be playing along with the Berry71Bleu March challenge. I have been papercrafting for a long time, and cards are my favourite things to make. I live in Melbourne, Australia and I feel blessed to be able to teach my craft to others as well as serve on a number of design teams and have my work published in magazines. You can see more of my work on my blog www.thetamarisk.blogspot.com.

I have put together a card using Something Tattered stamps (Boudoir Antique Brocade Wallpaper Stamp and the U Initial Monogram Set), Distress Inks and a cute little clip art image. I fashioned a four leaf clover from heart shaped die-cuts and added seam binding behind it for some extra vintage loveliness.

My name is Emilia van den Heuvel and I’m a Bulgarian girl, living and working out of the Netherlands. I grew up in the beautiful capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, and being a city girl is kind of in my blood. My mom filled our house with books and painting and art journals and she taught me to love all things crafty and artsy. Before I moved to the Netherlands to be with my husband, I was working as a vet and now I’m a part-time translator, a full-time mommy to my amazing munchkins, Theo and Elise, and a passionate crafter.

I started scrapbooking in 2004 after my first child was born. I think it is the perfect way of preserving our memories. Every single one of my pages is telling a story, which will always remind my children who they are and who we were as a family. If you wish to see more of my creations, please visit my blog: http://few-favourite-things.blogspot.nl/

For my layout I chose a green / pink / brown color palette. I used the Something Tattered Parlor Vintage Wallpaper Background Stamp with green embossing powder to create the pattern in the heart embellishments. I used white doilies, which I colored with distress inks.

Hi! My name is Irena Kowalczyk, nickname Rudlis. I started scrapbooking in 2008 and I do love everything about it! I live in Poland. I design for PoppyStamps, SweetStamps, Something Tattered, Inkido/Papercraft Scandinavia, Wycinanka and UHK Gallery Paper Design. I prefer to create cards and home decor, layouts I rarely do. I love the work in the style of vintage and shabby, but I also like mixed media.

Lucky Little Lady by Mandy

Hello everyone! Mandy here sharing my vintage inspired layout today. I chose papers and embellishments with various shades of green. I added the word "Lucky" to the bottom left corner of the page and added pieces of crochet lace around some of the paper doilies. The pic of the little lady was a free image on Pinterest. I had a lot of fun creating this layout and what a fun challenge to boot!

The chipboard dress form and sticky bling is from Molossi. I altered the dress form with Tim Holtz ink and went over it with Viva Gold Rub.

I used stamps from Something Tattered on the punched butterflies and handmade flower.

I used Faber-Castell watercolor pencils, Gelatos and Adirondack inks for the background effect.

I didn't use any fabric doilies but cut out Kaisercraft paper/sticker doilies and added their wooden doilies.

There is still time to get your project uploaded for the "Luck of the Irish" Challenge!
